Q. What happens if my appointment is cancelled by a clinic?
A. You will receive an email notifying you of the cancellation..

Q. Am I required to confirm appointments?
A. The system will notify you of any pending appointments (1 week prior) when you login. You are required to confirm/cancel each appointment.

Q. What if I fail to confirm an appointment?
A. If you fail to confirm an appointment before the 48 hour deadline of the appointment time, the system will notify you that it has been cancelled and will notify other reps on a waiting list of the new availability.

Q. What if all available appointments with a particular doctor are taken?
A. Appointmentmaker allows you to register on a waiting list. If someone cancels their appointment or a clinic allocates new availability, the system will notify you and any other representatives on the waiting list. Short notice appointments (cancellations) are free.

Q. Is there anything to prevent a Representative making multiple appointments with an individual doctor, preventing others from making appointments?
A. Security protection via passwords will prevent this problem. When you register with Appointmentmaker, you must provide details of your employment. This information is verified and checked by Appointmentmaker. The system will only allow one appointment at a time with each doctor. Once each appointment has been completed, the system allows you to book your next. As per terms and conditions.
