Clinic

  • Clinics are eligible to a 6 month, no obligation, free trial period. The 6 month period begins on the day of registration.
  • After the 6 month trial period, if a clinic wishes to continue using Appointmentmaker, they will be asked to pay an annual subscription fee of $295.00 plus GST.
  • Appointmentmaker reserves the right to at anytime and without warning to alter pricing.
  • Each Clinic registered with Appointmentmaker reserves the right to set their own appointment protocol.
  • Representatives are required to operate Appointmentmaker within the parameters/protocols established by each clinic.
  • Clinics have the right to prevent a Representative * making an appointment* if it is determined that there has been a breach in clinic protocol.
  • Appointmentmaker has the right to prevent a Representative * from making an appointment * with individual Medical Clinics if it is determined * they have breached clinic protocol.
  • Any person * using Appointmentmaker in any way other than * its express purpose, will be barred from using the system.

Refund Policy

  • Clinics wishing to discontinue using Appointmentmaker shall not be eligible to a refund unless discontinuation is within 3 months of the beginning of their contract.
  • Clinics will be eligible to a full refund if they cancel their subscription within three months of the agreed start date.
  • Notification of subscription cancellation needs to be received in writing by Appointmentmaker within the above specified time period.
